Thirteen screens to a first play, rebuilt as seven. Trailers before signup, one-tap accounts, an honest checkout, and a taste step that listens in plain language, then a home screen that visibly repays every answer.
The order becomes the hero. A predictive home that leads with your usual, a menu with numbers on every row, and a barista you can just talk to: three picks, a reason for each, nothing the store cannot make right now.
A teardown and rebuild of the flow a first responder depends on. Nine screens of manual entry become six AI-assisted moments: prefill from Health data, a medication label scan, first-class emergency contacts, and an Emergency Ready score.
A fictitious ultra-premium spirit, conceived and produced end to end with generative AI. A bulldog don, an old-money noir world, and a 35-second film with a native AI voiceover. Google Nano Banana for the stills and product, Veo 3.1 for the film.
A performance-creative engine for DTC paid social: one modular template that spins dozens of on-brand ad variations across square, vertical, and story. Built for the feed at volume, not a single hero that fatigues in days.
A 3D product-viz and B2B launch concept that frames Square's Register, Stand, and Terminal as one system. Hardware rendered like jewelry, then dropped into a real shift: one accent, one render language across hardware, dashboard, and launch.
An integrated launch concept for a lighter spatial computer, built to the logic of an Apple launch: one idea per frame, one key light, a field of black. A cinematic hero, a product landing, paid social, and out-of-home, all reading as one object.
An AI company built end to end by one creative director: a brand, a marketing platform, and fourteen production apps, from voice agents to a COO assistant. Twenty-five years of design craft paired with AI engineering.
One front door for FedEx customers: self-service shipping, package management, tracking, and issue resolution unified on Salesforce Experience Cloud. 30+ interactive prototypes in 18 weeks.
The Customer Experience Desktop unified global call center operations into one Salesforce console, projecting $1.2B in cost savings through reduced handle time and improved first-call resolution.
Re-platformed the in-store point of sale for 2,000+ locations. Seven personas, a full service blueprint, and 65 screens designed across light and dark modes for tablet and mobile, built in React Native on Salesforce Commerce.
Sixteen months inside PNC's EDGE platform on Salesforce Lightning. Routine banking tasks that took up to 197 steps across disconnected systems were consolidated into a clean seven-step workflow.

Before that I directed creative teams at Perficient, TRAFFIK, and Kelley Blue Book, shipping work for Disney parks, FedEx agents, PNC bankers, and Jiffy Lube bays. Strategy, research, and hands-on Figma come from the same set of hands, so nothing gets lost between the deck and the build.

Onsite workshops, stakeholder interviews, and user research at scale; for Yokogawa that meant 300 interviews across nine countries. We know exactly which problem is worth solving.
